End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies when you access or use the Budglet website, web application, mobile experience, or related software. It forms part of the Budglet Terms of Service.

Subject to this agreement, the Terms of Service, and payment of any applicable fees, Budglet grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the service for your own lawful budgeting purposes.

A plan with multiple profile slots allows you to create and manage profiles only within the limits shown for that plan. It does not grant a right to resell Budglet access.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute Budglet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Remove ownership, copyright, or branding notices.
• Bypass access controls, plan limits, or security measures.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Budglet and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. The software is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this agreement.

This license does not transfer ownership of your uploaded documents, transaction records, notes, or profile information. Your content is processed as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AI-assisted extraction, categorization, and insights are part of the licensed service when included in your plan. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by you. AI output does not create a warranty or professional advisory relationship.

Budglet may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI, analytics, email, and payments. Separate terms or open-source licenses may apply. Budglet is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Budglet may deploy updates, security fixes, feature changes, or new versions automatically. Some updates may be required to continue using the service. We do not guarantee that every feature or integration will remain available.

This license begins when you first use Budglet and continues until terminated. It ends automatically if you materially violate this agreement or the Terms of Service. When it ends, you must stop using the software. Provisions intended to survive will remain effective.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or error-free AI output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budglet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made using the software or AI output.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Budglet's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Budglet during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited where law prohibits that limitation.

We may update this agreement when the software or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance except where additional consent is required by law.
