By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using Budglet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Budglet provides budgeting tools that help users track expenses, review spending, and use AI-assisted extraction to convert receipts and documents into expense records.

Budglet is not a bank, accounting firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, or legal adviser. Information shown in the app is provided for budgeting and organization only.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Budglet may offer a free trial before requiring a paid subscription. Plan features, AI scan limits, pricing, renewal terms, and billing periods are shown during checkout or inside the app.

Unless cancelled according to the payment provider's process, paid subscriptions may renew automatically. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider.

AI extraction may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to recognize certain details. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI draft expenses before saving them.

Budglet may limit AI usage by plan, trial status, subscription status, file size, file type, rate limits, or abuse prevention rules.

You keep ownership of the documents, expense data, notes, and other content you upload or enter. You grant Budglet permission to process that content as needed to provide the service.

You must not upload illegal content, malware, or documents that you do not have permission to process.

You may not misuse Budglet, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, abuse AI processing, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Budglet at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Budglet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budglet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using Budglet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use Budglet unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
